The location of where to meet was very clear and the team lead was making sure everyone knew where to go. Also they had provided rain ponchos for everyone to have.

This company does a great job at being organized with their setup and tear down process, as well as bringing fun for both brand ambassadors and event guests.

The company can improve on having backup plans for alternate weather. other than that, it has always been a consistent, amazing experience working with Firefly. I have done several events with Firefly, and love it every time!
