💰 Service Fee: $368 per completed event 🕒 Estimated Duration: 11 hours and 30 minutes per event 📍 Locations: October 15–18: Sheridan — 4000 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan October 22–25: Timnath — 4705 Weitzel St, Timnath October 29–November 1: Arvada — 5195 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada November 12–15: Douglas County — 8686 Park Meadows Center Dr, Littleton December 3–6: SW Denver — 7900 W Quincy Ave, Littleton December 10–13: NE Denver — 4741 N Airport Way, Denver Thursday and Friday: 9:00 AM–8:30 PM (11 hours and 30 minutes - $368 flat rate) Saturday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (10 hours - $320 flat rate) Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (9 hours - $288 flat rate) We are seeking independent contractors (Team Leads) to oversee in-store sampling events for a premium brand of delicious, ready-to-eat burritos made with flavorful, high-quality ingredients. As a Team Lead, you will help ensure a successful brand activation by supporting and coordinating Brand Ambassadors, maintaining brand standards, and creating an engaging experience for shoppers. You will be responsible for overseeing the on-site team, ensuring the sampling station is properly set up and maintained, supporting Brand Ambassadors throughout the event, and helping the team achieve brand awareness, product trial, and sales goals. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible to supervise the other Brand Ambassadors, communicate with store associates as needed to resolve any issues, take photos, and complete the report. The Project Scope: ✅ Offer samples and encourage trial ✅ Engage shoppers with friendly conversation and confident talking points ✅ Track sales submit your recap + photos Qualifications: ✅ Valid Food Handler Certificate ✅ Proven experience in independent field marketing or in-store sampling ✅ Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. ✅ Must be reliable and maintain a professional business-to-business relationship with retail management. 1099 Status & Logistics Acknowledgement: By applying, you acknowledge this is a 1099 Independent Contractor project.
