Tier the bonus structure. $100 bonus for 50 boxes is great. However, I worked hard to sell 42 boxes on an aisle where people couldn’t stop to engage & no product was on end cap, which is discouraging. Also, make sure they have enough product for end cap and request to be facing a wider aisle. 🙌
