📍 Location: Fort Myers/Naples, FL Part Time - In Person 💰 Rate: Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour (base on your skills and experience) + mileage reimbursement About Front Page Retail: We are a merchandising and demo company that work with CPG brands making sure the products not only make it to store shelves, but also catch the attention of shoppers with in-store displays and demos. What are we looking for: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented and highly motivated merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards in retail stores. As a merchandiser, you will work closely with store managers and sales teams to ensure optimal product placement and inventory organization, driving sales and improving the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 🚀 A day in the life: - Ensure products are displayed according to planograms, shelf layouts, and company guidelines. - Replenish shelves, coolers and displays to maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability. - Organize and clean product displays to maintain an attractive and efficient shopping environment. - Build and maintain promotional displays to push the sales. - Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock levels. - Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to communicate and resolve merchandising issues. - Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising strategies. - Perform regularly reports of their customers 🎯 Requirements: - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel around the Fort Myers/Naples area. - A reliable vehicle to travel between stores with proof of insurance coverage. - Must be able to lift up to 20-25 lbs - Must have a smart phone with a camera and data capability. - Experience with field marketing, demos, and in-store promotions is a plus. ⭐️ Highlights: Day shift Flexible working hours Monday through Friday Bonus opportunities ✉️ Apply Now: If this sounds like the perfect fit, share your experience here: https://forms.gle/mLmuP69WpPz6BiLd6 Required skills: Transportation Personal
