The primary duty of the Lead Brand Ambassador (LBA) is to work with program management to execute scheduled program activities for select Kid’s Sundays at Wrigley Field. While at assigned promotion, the LBA will oversee (1) BA and ensure overall program compliance. The LBA will also complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff including transport of program elements between assigned storage facility and Wrigley Field. GMR Duties & Responsibilities: Always represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner. Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff. Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations. Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures. Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth. Always present a clean and professional appearance. Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals. Meet or exceed expectations and objectives of the program. Provide timely communication to management. Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities: Drive trial and awareness of product. Greet and direct guests throughout the event space in a positive, professional manner. Ability to have engaging conversations with consumers. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to have engaging conversations with consumers (specifically children & families). Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to lead others. Attention to detail. GMR Brand Ambassador Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Have reliable transportation to get to and from events. Wear the required uniform. Shirts will be provided on-site. Must have pants or knee length shorts/skirts non distressed. No yoga pants allowed. Must wear close-toed tennis shoes.   Neutral color with no branding undershirt/jacket if worn. Hair shoulder length or longer must be pulled back. Attending all mandatory trainings with GMR account or management team Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
