I was chosen as alternate last minute due to a no show. Onsite manager kept the lines of communication open as our group was escorted out of one area and provided maps to parking to the next area. Very professional.

This company in my opinion has gone down hill tremendously the communication is lackluster and the organization needs some tweaking as well the district managers seem stretched too thin and never available when you need them
