TOUR MANAGER – CLASS 3 DRIVER (BILINGUAL – ENGLISH/FRENCH) Location: Nationwide (Canada) Contract | Full-time | On the Road ABOUT THE ROLE | À PROPOS DU POSTE GMR Marketing is looking for a reliable, safety-first Class 3 Driver to join a nationwide sampling tour across Canada and the U.S. You'll be driving a Chevy 3500 with a trailer, supporting a high-profile consumer program on the road. You’ll collaborate with the tour team while focusing on what you do best: driving, logistics, and keeping things on track. Vous conduirez un Chevy 3500 avec remorque, en soutien à un programme de consommation de grande envergure sur la route. Vous collaborerez avec l’équipe de tournée tout en vous concentrant sur ce que vous faites de mieux : la conduite, la logistique et le bon déroulement des opérations. RESPONSIBILITIES | RESPONSABILITÉS Drive the Chevy 3500 + trailer to and from scheduled event locations across Canada Coordinate logistics and arrival timing with the other Tour Manager Maintain vehicle condition, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any issues promptly Submit mileage logs and bi-weekly expense reports Help with event setup, teardown, and ensure the vehicle and trailer are clean and presentation-ready Collaborate with on-site tour staff while following direction from your supervisor Maintain a professional and positive attitude as a representative of the brand Follow safety and operations protocols as outlined in the Tour Operations Manual No program decisions or changes should be made without prior supervisor approval Other duties as needed to ensure smooth and successful execution REQUIREMENTS | EXIGENCES Must have a valid Class 3 (Canada) license and a clean driving record Minimum 5 years of experience in promotional/event driving or equivalent industry Must be 21 years or older Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) Comfortable with extended travel Prior tour experience is required Able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills Strong attention to safety, detail, and event readiness PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS | EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES Must be able to lift, bend, set up and tear down event assets. Requires long-distance driving and the ability to work on your feet during event setup and execution. Accommodations will be made where applicable.
