This is a part-time temporary role. As our Lead Brand Ambassador, you will assist the assistant manager and help lead a team of brand ambassadors. You will also work in your assigned market promoting the On! nicotine pouch to tobacco users you see that are 21 years of age or older. Markets include retail, non-retail (nightlife), and cultural markets. This role requires you to be DOT certified or obtain DOT certification during training since you will occasionally drive a truck with a trailer attached.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working for a tobacco client (you will be promoting nicotine pouches)
Must have reliable transportation (you will be working out of various locations in a 30-mile radius in Dallas, TX)
Must have a valid/active driver's license (a state ID will not suffice)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be comfortable getting DOT certified or already be DOT certified (you will be driving a truck with a trailer attached)
Must have experience being a lead brand ambassador, team lead, manager, or supervisor
Location:
Each market works in different locations. You will only work within one market.
Cultural: Outdoor lifestyle events
Non-Retail: Nightclubs and bars
Retail: Smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations
Shift:
Each market has different shifts. Since this is a part-time position you will only work 3-4 days a week.
Cultural: TBD but need to be flexible.
Non-retail: Thurs – Sun from 9:00pm - 2:00am.
Retail: Mon – Fri from 11:00am - 7:00pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Background. You have a background as a lead brand ambassador at on-site events, or have worked in a customer service, retail, serving or bartending role.
Organization + Communication. You can clearly communicate the brand talking points while accurately accounting for and maintaining all inventory and assets issued.
Outgoing. You are comfortable approaching consumers to see if they are qualified to hear about our product and promotions, and if they are, guiding that conversation.
