As a Brand Ambassador, you will work with program management to execute scheduled program activities for a well-known client, Xfinity. While at various NASCAR races, the Brand Ambassador will be guiding consumers through the experience, educating consumers on Xfinity, answering questions, demonstrating features related to Xfinity products onsite, delivering pre-determined talking points, and maintaining data capture. The Brand Ambassador will also be building brand awareness and exposure to promotional program activities. In addition, the position will help oversee crowd control around and within the footprint. The position will involve some commute travel on a local level.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities:
Act as subject matter expert on Xfinity and its products, affording the ability to provide in-depth knowledge and answer questions that consumers have.
Engage and welcome consumers warmly and with enthusiasm as they approach and experience the activation.
Serve as a tour guide for guests through the activation and assist with interactive experiences.
Facilitate digital registrations and distribute promotional materials.
Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Demonstrate a clear and comprehensive understanding of Xfinity messaging & its products
Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent customer service aptitude, coupled with leadership and problem-solving abilities to engage guests effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in technology like iPads, tablets, & QR codes for guest information capture.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Trade-show experience required, previous experience with Xfinity is preferred
Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
