Job Summary:
The primary duty of the Brand Ambassador (BA) is to work with program management to execute scheduled program activities. While at a signed promotion, the BA will be building brand and company awareness and gain exposure and trial at promotional program activities. The position also requires the BA to regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position. The position may involve occasional travel on a local level. The BA will also complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff.
GMR Duties & Responsibilities:
• Represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner at all times.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff.
• Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations.
• Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
• Direct behavior to emphasize the achievement of program and individual goals as well as core values.
• Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals
• Meet or exceed expectations and objectives of the program.
• Provide timely communication to management.
GMR Brand Ambassador Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from events
• Wear required uniform
• Attend all mandatory trainings
Educational & Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year work experience in related field
• Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Language Ability:
Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
