Job Summary: As a Brand Ambassador, you will work with program management to execute a scheduled program for a well-known client, Xfinity. The Brand Ambassadors will be engaging with consumers throughout the experience by handing out customized premiums, educating consumers on Xfinity, answering questions, delivering pre-determined talking points, and maintaining data capture. The Brand Ambassador will also be building brand awareness and exposure to promotional program activities. In addition, the position will help oversee crowd control around and within the footprint. The position will involve some commute travel on a local level. This event will be 1 day (May 9th, Saturday) from 9:30am to 4:30pm. GMR Duties & Responsibilities: · Always represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner. · Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff. · Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations. · Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures. · Always present a clean and professional appearance. · Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time · Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals. · Provide timely communication to the Field Manager and/or GMR Staffing. Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities: · Be a subject matter expert on Xfinity and its products, affording the ability to provide in-depth knowledge and answer questions that consumers have. · Be outgoing and welcome consumers warmly while engaging with consumers as they approach and experience the activation. · Serve as a tour guide for guests through the activation and assist with interactive experiences. · Deliver pre-determined talking points as directed to educate guests · Promote the brand with excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. · Facilitate digital registrations and distribute promotional materials. Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: · Demonstrate a clear and comprehensive understanding of Xfinity messaging & its products · Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment · Excellent customer service aptitude, coupled with leadership and problem-solving abilities to engage guests effectively. · Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in technology like iPads, tablets, & QR codes for guest information capture. Educational & Experience Requirements: · High school diploma or GED preferred · Trade-show experience required, previous experience with Xfinity is preferred · Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task Language Ability: · Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
