The primary role as Lead Brand Ambassador is to work with program management to execute scheduled program activities. While attending a signed promotion, the BA will build brand and company awareness, gain exposure, and increase trial through promotional program activities. As a brand ambassador, you will attend program training sessions to stay up-to-date on current and relevant promotions and information related to your position. The position may involve occasional travel on a local level, as BA will also be responsible for completing all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff. Activation Overview • Support installation, refresh, and removal of POS tactics • Ensure all tactics are placed in correct locations • Monitor tactics throughout the tournament for refresh needs • Guide guests through the activation as the host of the footprint • Provide brand knowledge in a human, conversational way • Maintain organization of Visa storage areas inside stadiums • Represent Visa with professionalism, warmth, and energy L2 –Lead Brand Ambassador • Lead team of L3 specialists and manage daily schedules • Oversee POS installation and ongoing compliance • Communicate with GMR and escalate concerns as needed • Provide daily recap reports to GMR • Maintain real-time communication via WhatsApp • Coach team on guest experience, energy, and professionalism Ideal Candidate • Prior brand ambassador, event marketing, or live events experience preferred • Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence • Naturally warm, engaging, and guest-focused • Comfortable in fast-paced, crowded environments • Fluent in English required
