Requirements:
* Must be comfortable working for a tobacco client (you will be promoting nicotine pouches)
* Must have reliable transportation (you will be working out of various locations in a 30 mile radius in Atlanta, GA)
* Must have a valid/active driver's license
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be comfortable getting DOT certified or already be DOT certified (you will be driving a truck with a trailer attached or sprinter vans)
* Must have experience being a lead brand ambassador, team lead, manager, or supervisor
Locations:
There are three markets. Each market works a different shift in different locations. You would be expected to work in only one market.
Golf: Golf courses
Non-Retail: Nightclubs and bars
Retail: Smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations
Shift:
Golf: Mon – Sun from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Non-retail: Thurs – Sun from 9:00pm - 2:00am.
Retail: Mon – Fri from 11:00am - 7:00pm.
You would only need to be available to work 3-4 days per week since this is a part-time temporary position.

As our Lead Brand Ambassador, your responsibility is to compliantly engage with qualified consumers in retail, non-retail (nightlife), or golf environments, this could include gas stations, convenience stores, smoke shops, night clubs, bars, or golf courses. In this role, the DOT Lead Brand Ambassador will cultivate an environment to establish brand awareness, provide relevant message points, and align the applicable benefit proposition for product use relating to the consumer(s) they interact with. The Lead Brand Ambassador will support all operational aspects of the scheduled activity. This may include promotional sales offers, product use, and product line education as well as overseeing the team of Brand Ambassadors.
Depending on varying activity, and the evolution of the program’s operations, Brand Ambassadors work a flexible schedule that will primarily take place nights and weekends. They are highly adept with relating to consumers and establishing credible relationships. To ensure they obtain a high-level of product knowledge, they regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position. They are performance driven and are revered as an expert of the brand’s product offerings.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Background. You have a background as a brand ambassador at on-site events, or have worked in a customer service, retail, serving or bartending role.
Must acquire or be DOT Certified (we assist with this in onboarding).
Organization + Communication. You can clearly communicate the brand talking points while accurately accounting for and maintaining all inventory and assets issued.
Outgoing. You are comfortable approaching consumers to see if they are qualified to hear about our product and promotions, and if they are, guiding that conversation.
Requirements: You must be 21 or older and are comfortable with working for a tobacco / nicotine brand.
