JOB SUMMARY As the Transport Ambassador for this activation, you’ll work with the on-site GMR Leadership to represent one of the largest online retailers – Amazon! You’ll be an essential part of the team as we help facilitate the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles! You’ll work alongside your team members, transporting Amazon fleet (vans) to/from locations where graphics will be installed onto them. You will play a pivotal role in making sure all vans are completed for the night and assist the Senior Lead Brand Ambassador in auditing and completing necessary paperwork/recaps for the Field Manager. This is a temporary position that requires full and open availability to work overnight (9:00pm –7:00am) and on the weekends. GMR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner at all times. Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff.  Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations.  Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures.  Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth.  Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.  Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time  Direct behavior to emphasize the achievement of program and individual goals as well as core values.  Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals  Meet or exceed expectations and objectives of the program.  Provide timely communication to management.  PROGRAM ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive and shuttle vehicles to/from wrapping locations Return keys at the end of the shift to the designated drop location as specified by your manager Provide the Senior Lead and the Field Manager with any updates, quality feedback and recaps on a nightly basis Accurately maintain completion reports and audits of program activity as assigned by the Senior Lead or Field Manager Work well within your team and be professional on-site to maintain a good relationship with the vendor and client GMR REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of experiential marketing experience Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task Must be a team player and work well within a team environment High attention to detail Must be at least 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation to get to and from events Must wear required uniform Attend all mandatory trainings Must be willing to complete motor vehicle report background check upon hire EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent LANGUAGE ABILITY Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls and talk or hear.  The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach above shoulders.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.  Employees must also be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
