As a Set-UP Brand Ambassador, this role does not require the use of power tools. Responsibilities will include moving counters, assembling snap-together flooring, installing signage, cleaning and organizing assets, transporting totes, and raising/lowering garage doors. Please note: this position involves manual labor, primarily outdoors, and is more than simply setting up a pop-up tent or unfolding a table. Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks and able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.  REQUIRED SKILLS                 Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities: Act as subject matter expert on Xfinity and its products, affording the ability to provide in-depth knowledge and answer questions that consumers have.  Engage and welcome consumers warmly and with enthusiasm as they approach and experience the activation. Serve as a tour guide for guests through the activation and assist with interactive experiences. Facilitate digital registrations and distribute promotional materials.  Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Demonstrate a clear and comprehensive understanding of Xfinity messaging & its products Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment Excellent customer service aptitude, coupled with leadership and problem-solving abilities to engage guests effectively.
