I got a call out of the blue and they needed a second pair of hands which I happily lent and everything went smooth :) it was so fun, and I loved helping my team and talking with the crowds 😃

James Fleege (CEO of GoInspo) did a fantastic job in setting proper expectations and provided phenomenal support in helping us to prepare for San Diego Comic Con via HULU! He actually provided me with some handy tools since I flew in for this activation.. PAID within 9 business days which is awesome

Given that this was a labor and setup position, possibly considering a more appropriate pay rate? Most production assistant and/or labor setup roles pay more from my experience. Just something to consider if at possible..

Once you’re on their radar, they do an extremely good job expediting the onboarding process and streamlining all communication leading up to the activation. Monika Lujan who is probably their primary coordinator, sets all the proper expectations in getting you ready accordingly for said activation.

What can this company improve?

They pay just the bare minimum or have subpar rates so that’s definitely something that you will want to pay attention to when applying. Also it really took them a while to process your compensation, as it took them 2-3 weeks in my first event with them. Just an FYI if that is an issue for you

GoInspo put a lot of thought into making sure they staffed an entire team of seasoned event professionals for such a high profile gig as the PGA Championship. And it’s always good to know you have a reliable agency team to communicate with during such a hectic event.

Nothing. This event was a smashing success, without a single hiccup. Can’t think of anything to improve upon 👏

Chase Sapphire put together one of the classiest & coolest events. The BA Team was wonderful & fully supportive. I felt valued as a BA. James & Berkley were communicative throughout. Thanks GoInspo!!
