Seeking enthusiastic and professional staff for an upcoming experiential PR event in partnership with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CADPR) to promote their new "Spray Days" information website. 📍 Event Details: Location: Kings Fair 801 S. 10th Ave. Hanford, CA 93230 Merced, CA 95341 Dates: Thurs. June 19 – Sunday, June 22, 2025 Paid Virtual Training: ($20 flat fee) 👥 Positions Needed: Brand Ambassadors 🗓 Schedule: 6/19/2025 Brand Ambassador 4PM-11PM 6/20/2025 Brand Ambassador 4PM-11PM 6/21/2025 Brand Ambassador 1PM-6PM Brand Ambassador 6PM-11PM 6/22/2025 Brand Ambassador 1PM-6PM Brand Ambassador 6PM-11PM 🎯 Responsibilities: Greet and guide guests through event activations Assist with onsite registration and public interactions Follow a clear script and talking points provided by CADPR and PR reps Support event setup and breakdown Team Leads must take event photos and submit a daily recap ✅ Requirements: Professional appearance: black polo/button-down, dark jeans/pants, clean athletic shoes Outgoing and tech-savvy – able to interact comfortably with guests and operate registration tools Bilingual preferred – fluent in English & Spanish 💵 Compensation: Brand Ambassador: $27/hour Travel stipend: $35 flat Training: $20 flat for virtual session If you're available and interested in working on this event, please reply to Shawn@gteagency.com with your availability event pictures and promo resume ASAP.
