One area that could have been improved, there was room to streamline closing techniques. Some team members focused heavily on education without always confidently asking for the sale at the end. Implementing consistent closing statements across all reps could have further increased conversions.

They had the most fantastic leaders on shift! They made sure we were comfortable and would accommodate any needs that we had. If we ran out of a sample, there was a substitute and we kept it going for those days that went on. Such an amazing team to work with.
