This is a hands-on assistant role (non-lead position) supporting our field team during a dynamic, physical brand experience. Please carefully review the event details below. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Brand: Citizens Bank (Sponsor) Location: Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard Address: 1 Washington St., Newport, RI 02840 Dates & Times: Saturday, August 9, 2025 Call Time: 8:00 AM (Setup begins) Event Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday, August 10, 2025 Call Time: 8:30 AM (Setup begins) Event Time: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM You must be available for both days to be considered. 🎽 UNIFORM / ATTIRE Khakis or black pants (no jeans) Running shoes (no visible logos) Hair and makeup event-ready 💪 ROLE REQUIREMENTS Outgoing, athletic, and health-conscious appearance Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry boxes Comfortable interacting with the public and event clients Passion for fitness and the running community Smartphone with camera and Wi-Fi for event photo sharing 📸 RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with booth setup and breakdown Support activation stations Engage with runners and attendees Capture and send select event photos 💰 COMPENSATION $23/hour If you're available and interested in working this event, please email Shawn@gteaegncy.com with your availability and resume and event pictures ASAP.
