The staff was great communicating with me but when it came to executing the actual on premise, it was a hot mess. I agreed to work 3 locations, the first location, I drove there and the kit wasnt found.2nd and 3rdlocation, the beer wasn't there!
Usual clear simple booking process. It really pays to work with an agency who values brand ambassadors and with a GREAT client on site
Love this company in terms of everything! Matt is an awesome booking agent, listens to BA's concerns about event logistics and gets details clear as a sunny day. He even gives the payout date for the event so we know when to expect to be paid.
There were quite a few mix ups. Stores were not aware we were coming. Matt was not readily available when issues arose. I was left to activate by myself, when a BA got frustrated at the agency not communicating with her.
GTE Agency always puts together a great group of BA's. It allows for work to be extremely enjoyable. The onsite manager is the best and makes working for him easy!
I have only booked one gig a year on average. Nice staffers, communicate effectively, normally but this last event I informed them of safety, bad brand representation and illegal issues and they didn't respond with concern.
Awesome events but very slow pay.
