Management communicates fairly well. This particular event was very slow. Much better with another Brand Ambassador.

Super fun event. Had a great energy. On site management was really good about getting us all our breaks, and was very organized. They were quick to find a solution when we ran into a couple technological bumps. Overall, super great experience!
This event was super fun, and felt really good to work, too. I mostly helped people who won points fill out paperwork, and it was really great getting to talk to people who've just won 5,000+ airline points. Management was organized and hyped!
Half the staff No Show. I referred 3 who worked, not even a thank you. Hiring coordinator didnt forward time sheets to accounting. Got that resolved. Promised if we worked payment would be sent 12/15 in time for Xmas. As of 12/18 not sent.
It was on governors island in the freezing rain. Poor communication and travel logistics.
They did not communicate who the onsite contact was or where the product was located or what I would be doing. I was all alone.
Communication prior to the event was great. At the event? Not so much It was a shit show at the end. Half of the team left early and our on site manager disappeared for over an hour when it was time to break down
