I had a great time working the Roots Picnic with Jim Beam, the set up for the activation was fun, in a great spot, and manager Mike was great. Overall this was a great event.

This was a fun activation representing OTR at a popular golf tournament. Havas Street is quick to onboard and offers paid training and travel time (if necessary), which was a huge bonus as I wasn’t expecting travel pay to begin with. Fantastic!
Havas street gave clear instruction detailing the event representing Jim Beam at the Roots picnic! Scott was thorough in explaining the footprint and gave us all the info on our on site point of contact. Would definitely work for Havas Street again!
This was a awesome event. The communication and scheduling with Scott was great, they had awesome set up, nice clients, so I would say this was a overall great experience, I would definitely work for Havas Street again.
Worked under Mike at the roots picnic he was amazing lead manager ! We had Nate stop in and all the staff was great’ we had a blast and enjoyed bringing customers and giving Aah swag.
