Hippeas was fantastic to work with! Getting paid was reliable, with payment arriving 2 weeks after invoicing. The first week presented a challenge as there was no dedicated team lead for on-boarding. A more competitive pay rate would make this a top-tier opportunity.

What can this company improve?

Implementing a team lead or a more structured onboarding process for the first week would be very helpful. Also, considering a more competitive pay rate would be great for attracting and retaining talent.

Working for Hippeas was a fun experience! They were organized & provided training prior to the job. I worked a Costco Road Show with a fellow ambassador, informing customers of their new products & asked if they would like to try a sample. We hit our sales goals easily due to having a great product!

Really fun roadshow, a tasty product that sells itself. Competitive pay with potential bonuses. Great communication and trust within management. I can't work to work with Hippeas again <3 Peas out ;)

Smooth, well-organized event. Clear brand vibe: fun, approachable, easy to rep. Training and product info were thorough, booth setup was simple, and gear was provided. Management communicated well, pay matched the effort. Would definitely work with them again!

Poor management at event. Also we were cut off The last day because the event area outside was slow. They should have still paid for our last day since we were confirmed for all days/hours.
