ICON Retail Solutions is seeking an energetic, reliable Brand Ambassador to represent our small-batch cheese client at Balducci’s. If you love artisanal cheese, enjoy connecting with shoppers, and can turn a tasting into a memorable experience, we’d love to hear from you! Event Details 📍 Location: Balducci’s - Bethesda
 10323 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814 📅 Shift: 25th October 2026: 11 am - 3 pm 14th November 2026: 11 am - 3 pm 121st November 2026: 3 pm - 7 pm 6th December 2026: 11 am - 3 pm 20th December 2026: 3 pm - 7 pm -- Priority given if you’re able to work all dates! -- MUST have your own demo table & black tablecloth! 💰 Pay: $112 daily rate, payable via direct deposit. Your Responsibilities * Set up and break down the demo station. * Offer samples and share the brand’s story and product information. * Engage shoppers in friendly, informative conversations that encourage purchases. * Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming demo area. * Complete and submit the post-event recap, including photos, at the end of the activation. What We’re Looking For * Prior Brand Ambassador, in-store demo, or experiential marketing experience preferred. * Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds and stand throughout the activation. * An outgoing personality and confidence engaging with shoppers. * A dependable, professional approach and a passion for great food.
