What can this company improve?

I dislike Icon Food Marketing's W2 setup with very high taxes (unusual for Brand Ambassador work). Rather handle all at once at the end of the year.

ICON Food Marketing is truly a standout in the industry! Annette was incredibly approachable, providing clear and concise direction that made the demo seamless. I’d gladly work with ICON again. Hands down, my favorite food demo company!

I filled in after a Brand Ambassador cancelled last minute. Ayanna was great. She communicated in a clearly & made sure everything I needed was provided, such as store contact name, photos for set up, etc. I had everything required to represent the brand successfully. Would like to represent again!

What can this company improve?

Reduce the number of forms that their HR / Payroll partner requires.
