Brand Ambassador – Plant-Based Milk In-Store Demos ICON Food Marketing is expanding our field team! We’re seeking high performing, sales driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium plant-based milk brand during in-store sampling events at select Whole Foods Market locations throughout the Northeast. This is a sales-driven activation where strong engagement and sales ability are VERY important. You will sample a premium plant-based milk to drive trial and conversion. RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage customers and draw them into the demo * Execute product sampling and demonstrations * Clearly communicate product features, taste and value * Drive sales through strong customer interaction * Maintain a clean and organised demo station * Track and report sales metrics by submitting a demo recap via the link provided REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in retail demos, brand ambassadorship or Sales REQUIRED * Strong selling and communication skills * Outgoing, energetic and professional demeanour * Ability to stand for extended shifts * Ability to lift 30 lbs * Monitor the shelf throughout the activation and restock product when appropriate * Follow all Whole Foods Market and ICON food-safety and sampling requirements * Capture required event and product photos * Track samples, shopper feedback, product sales, inventory observations, and out-of-stock conditions * Complete a digital event recap following each activation * Check in and out according to ICON's field reporting procedures DEMO SCHEDULE Events will take place at participating Whole Foods Market locations throughout the Northeast (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey). Demo shifts are approximately 4 hours, with activation windows that may include: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Weekend availability is strongly preferred. High-performing Brand Ambassadors may be offered multiple assignments. 💰 Pay: $112 daily rate (Payable 14 days after completion of demo and demo recap. You MUST complete a demo recap and, as part of that report, a digital check-in & check-out with photos provided.
