Mystery Shoppers Wanted | In-Store Food & Beverage Demos
 Have an eye for detail and enjoy discovering food and beverage brands? ICON Retail Solutions is seeking reliable, observant Mystery Shoppers to help us evaluate our in-store demos during the Q4 holiday season. You’ll visit an assigned store as an everyday shopper, interact naturally with our Brand Ambassador, and share honest feedback about the experience. Your observations will help us strengthen field-team training and deliver engaging, professional demos for our clients. Assignment Details 📍 Location: Balducci's McLean, VA 📍 Location: Balducci's Alexandria, VA 📍 Location: Balducci's Bethesda, MD 📍 Location: Whole Foods Market - DMV area 📅 Date: 1st November 2026 - 31st December 2026 🕒 Visit Window: 10 am - 4 pm 💰 Pay: $100 (minimum 4 store visits weekly) What You’ll Do * Visit your assigned store during the confirmed demo window. * Observe the demo table’s presentation, cleanliness, signage, and product display. * Engage the Brand Ambassador using ICON’s seven assigned shopper questions, woven naturally into your conversation. * Evaluate product knowledge, professionalism, shopper engagement, and ability to encourage a purchase. * Check whether the featured products are available and easy to locate. * Submit at least four clear photos following ICON’s assignment instructions and store photography guidelines. * Complete ICON’s digital visit report with accurate, specific observations. What We’re Looking For * Reliable individuals who can follow instructions and meet assignment deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and clear written communication. * A smartphone with a working camera and internet access. * Confidence engaging in friendly, natural shopper conversations. * Discretion and the ability to provide fair, objective feedback. Assignment Expectations Please keep your role confidential during the visit. Reports and photos must reflect your actual experience; stock, altered, or AI-generated images are not accepted.
