ICON Food Marketing is hiring reps who can merchandise AND sell in-store. 💼 Your Role: •      Build and maintain a consistent weekly route of store visits across designated retail partners. •      Develop and nurture strong relationships with retail store leaders to advocate for your brand portfolio. •      Maintain clear, professional communication with retail partners via email, phone, text, and in-person visits. •      Report on brand updates and field activity in real-time using Simply Depo. •      Ensure all products are merchandised to brand standards — placement, pricing, signage, and appearance. •      Perform routine shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper promotional signage. •      Represent ICON Food Marketing with professionalism and a passion for natural and specialty food retail. Physical Requirements: Candidates must be capable of meeting the physical demands of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:   •      Walking and standing for up to 8 hours per day. •      Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling. •      Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly; occasional lifting of 40–50 lbs. •      Working in cold environments such as refrigerated and freezer sections. •      Driving or traveling between multiple retail locations daily (must have own car). 📍 Location: Buffalo, NY & Surrounding Areas ⏰ Schedule: 20–30 hrs/week Weekdays (merch) + weekends (demos) 💰 Pay: $22–$25/hr (Merchandising) Petrol allowance given 💰 Pay: $25–$28/hr (Demos) 🎯 You Are: -- Sales-driven -- Reliable + proactive Comfortable with customers + store teams 📩 Apply Now
