What does this company do well?

Once you’ve been accepted to work an event for IBA, the onboarding process was smooth and is so easy! Luis holds a quick face-to-face call, and does a great job in setting the proper expectations. IBA’s overall communication was on-point from start to finish, and stays engaged with you throughout.

What can this company improve?

While I’m grateful for the opportunity, they brought me on last minute bc someone else flaked out. Their overall selection process can be nerve wracking esp if you know what you bring to the table! May be isolated incident but it took 4 weeks to get paid as our disgruntled team spoke up after 4 wks

Staff was trained via zoom prior to event. Set up was fairly simple and on-site manager was professional, helpful and relatable as well. I would definitely work with them again.
