From communication to training Incast has it pretty much down to help me succeed and do my best at every event and Bacardi House was not the exception, great team of people were put together for a strong team, directions were clear, breaks and a safe work environment was provided.

Plenty of water was provided, I would say small Improvements like necessities, sunscreen, light snacks, umbrellas for the positions that are under direct sun outside.
