Jason is super easy to work with and is always available by text if you have questions or need anything. Although my payment was delayed a bit, I reached out to Chaka, who responded quickly and even included a little extra to make up for the delay. Overall, it was a positive experience.

It was pretty unorganized. I would get last minute requests to work events that were a good hour away. The managers clearly did not live in Austin and had no idea what parts of the city the events were located. After the first event worked, it became harder to get paid on time costing me late fees.

Very unprofessional. No support and unprepared; client asked me to leave early due to this. Despite proof, Indigo refuses to pay and stopped responding. This situation can harm a BA’s reputation, use caution before working with them!
