WorkGenius is looking for experienced and reliable Brand Ambassadors that bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every event. If you love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment, this tour is for you! The Role: Join a Mobile Wellness Tour hitting retail locations across the greater Nashville area. You'll help set up and break down the event footprint, welcome and engage guests, share talking points about wellness offerings, and keep the space running smoothly all shift long. What You'll Do: -Help set up and break down tents, kiosks, signage, and furniture -Create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests -Answer guest questions using provided talking points -Encourage guest interaction across the event space -Be comfortable speaking about vaccines and other pharmaceutical offerings using provided talking points (a pharmacist is onsite for any medical questions) -Track guest engagement and feedback throughout your shift -Keep the space clean, organized, and stocked Requirements: -Comfortable working outdoors for a full shift -Able to lift up to 30 lbs -Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused Schedule & Locations: Daily hours: 10am–5:30pm (not everyday is required but more than 3 days availability is ideal) Sept 3-5 | Antioch, TN Sept 6-7 | Mount Juliet, TN Sept 10-12 | La Vergne, TN Sept 13-14 | Smyrna, TN Sept 17-19 | Madison, TN Sept 20-21 | Hermitage, TN WHEN APPLYING PLEASE WRITE YOUR AVAILABILITY Pay Rate: $28/hour *Paid weekly via direct deposit (W2)
