Role: Brand Ambassador Location: Union Square Plaza, NYC Dates: September 16–17 Time: 10:00 AM–7:30 PM each day Rate: $30/hour Training: 1-hour virtual training session prior to the event (paid) About the Role WorkGenius/JBC is seeking outgoing, beauty-focused Brand Ambassadors to support a high-energy pop-up activation in Union Square Plaza for a leading Korean hair care brand. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about beauty, hair care, and K-Beauty, and are confident engaging with the public in a friendly, polished, and approachable way. Responsibilities Manage and assist with the entry line, keeping guests informed and the experience organized Welcome guests and provide engaging brand and product education Support various activation points throughout the pop-up Distribute brand giveaways and promotional items Encourage guests to participate in photo moments and social-worthy experiences Create a welcoming, energetic environment that reflects the brand Answer basic questions about the brand and products Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor throughout the activation Assist with general event needs as directed by the onsite team Ideal Candidate Genuine interest in beauty, hair care, and Korean beauty/K-Beauty Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a busy, high-foot-traffic NYC environment Professional, reliable, and punctual Prior experience in brand ambassador, beauty, retail, experiential marketing, or promotional events is a plus Must be available for both September 16 and 17
