Role: Retail Activation Specialist

Duration: Approximately 3 months. ASAP. Up to 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities for the Brand Ambassador role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store retailers and key stakeholders.
Ensure product availability and proper shelf placement, including cold boxes and displays.
Maximize brand presence through in-store displays, signage, and POS materials.
Maintain product freshness through proper rotation and compliance with standards.
Service a set route of approximately 10–15 accounts per day, subject to variation based on the market.
Submit daily updates and maintain accurate records using CRM tools (e.g., Repsly).
Participate in meetings and provide feedback on retail execution and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to clear an MVR.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a focus on in-store visits.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various store environments (cold vaults, ladders, etc.).
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
