WorkGenius is looking to hire polished and experienced seasonal sales support for a Luxury Brand retailer. Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12/1-12/31 Hours: Full Time 32+ hours per week. Schedules may vary. Should be available for nights and weekends as well. Rate: $24/hr Paid by direct deposit every Friday. This a w2 position. Overview: Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the objective of this role is to achieve individual sales objectives while developing and servicing the customer. Primary Responsibilities: Support the sales team in achieving sales objectives. Capture client information and consistently add details to further promote boutique relationships and sales. Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections. Provide outstanding customer service. Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques. Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements: Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday. Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves. Bending to access product stored within cabinets. Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product. Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product.
