The events are fun sometimes.

What can this company improve?

Beware, they will switch the rate on you, then hold your money. The communication is really bad. I have worked several events for them, and they have really gone downhill. Really, Beware, and get things in writing.

What does this company do well?

The management did an amazing job communicating clearly and consistently, along with sending out information about the event and our responsibilities ahead of time. Although large events like this can be overwhelming, the lead staff were so kind throughout and ensured were comfortable at all times.

What does this company do well?

The booking agent, Max, was prompt in his responses. I received an event info packet the week before which I highly appreciated. The day of the event, the onsite contact, Adam, was organized and made sure the team had everything they needed before and during the event. And parking was reimbursed.
