I wished they would have mentioned that this was an outdoor event, so I could bring sunscreen and be prepared to be in the sun. All in all, everyone was on time and clear instructions were given. We were told to leave equipment at venue overnight.

I was well prepared for my role, Kande Photo sent all the info prior to the event. They started on time, and we finished our shift exactly on the minute. Parking is reimbursed, and I was paid pretty quickly thru Bill.com.
