🏈 CASTING CALL: U.S. ARMY x BIG 10 FOOTBALL | BLOOMINGTON, IN 🏈 Karma Casting is looking for an experienced Team Lead and Brand Ambassadors to support a U.S. Army Personalized Drip activation at Indiana University’s college football game on Saturday, October 17! Staff will help bring the activation to life by engaging with football fans, assisting guests with the Personalized Drip experience and keeping the footprint running smoothly throughout the event. 📍 Location: Memorial Stadium, 701 E 17th St, Bloomington, IN 47408 💰 Team Lead: $40/hour 💰 Brand Ambassadors: $35/hour 📅 SCHEDULE Friday, October 16 | Paid Training ⏰ 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Saturday, October 17 | Event Day ⏰ 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM 🏈 Activation Live: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Full availability for BOTH Friday and Saturday is required. 👥 WE’RE HIRING 1 Team Lead You’ll help lead the Karma team onsite, coordinate staff responsibilities, assist with setup and ensure the activation stays organized and running smoothly. 7 Brand Ambassadors You’ll engage with Indiana football fans, assist guests throughout the Personalized Drip experience, help manage lines and guest flow, and support the overall activation. We’re also selecting 1 onsite Backup Brand Ambassador who will attend the full paid training Friday and report onsite Saturday from 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM. ⭐ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for experienced, outgoing and energetic event staff who are comfortable approaching and engaging with football fans. You should be dependable, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay on your feet throughout the activation. 👕 UNIFORM + PARKING The client will provide an Army polo. Staff must provide their own black pants and black shoes. 🅿️ Approved event parking will be reimbursed up to $40 per day. 📲 Interested?
