Karma Casting did a great job with the event training, by providing an overview of the Good & Gather brand and detailed product information. Also, the thorough event setup instructions helped when I arrived at Target to find my point of contact and demo cart.

I would suggest choosing a simpler "recipe" for the demo item, which would allow Brand Ambassadors more time to chat with customers about the products.

Karma Casting provided clear communication leading up to the event and the onboarding process was smooth. Support was responsive, expectations were well outlined, and the opportunity itself was solid. Overall, a professional experience and I’d work with them again.

I would definitely give this a try again. Target was very disorganized and if I knew that ahead of time I would have been more prepared.
