📣 CASTING CALL | U.S. Army at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo Karma Casting is looking for an experienced Team Lead, Brand Ambassadors, and Backup Brand Ambassador to support the U.S. Army activation at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis! 📍 Indiana Convention Center 100 S. Capitol Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46225 💰 PAY Team Lead: $33/hour Brand Ambassadors: $28/hour Backup: $28/hour 📅 SCHEDULE Required Onsite Training | Tuesday, October 20 12:00 PM–4:00 PM All TL, BA, and Backup staff must attend. Wednesday, October 21 TL + BAs: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Backup: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM Thursday, October 22 TL + BAs: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Backup: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM Friday, October 23 TL + BAs: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Backup: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM ⭐ WHAT YOU’LL DO The U.S. Army will have an interactive presence within the FFA Expo, and our team will help keep the experience welcoming, organized, and moving efficiently. Responsibilities include: • Welcome and engage attendees throughout the activation • Manage lines, traffic flow, and overall guest movement • Direct attendees to designated photo kiosks • Assist guests as they move through the experience • Maintain an organized and professional activation footprint • Support general event operations as directed by the client • Represent the U.S. Army with a friendly, energetic, and polished presence 👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for experienced event staff who are: • Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with attendees • Professional, reliable, and able to take direction • Comfortable managing crowds and maintaining high energy throughout the day • Clean-cut with a polished, professional appearance • Able to remain standing and active throughout the scheduled shift Team Lead candidates should have previous leadership experience and be comfortable managing the onsite team and communicating directly with the client. 👕 UNIFORM U.S. Army polo provided by the client. Talent must provide: • Black pants • Black shoes 🚗 PARKING Daily parking expenses will be reimbursed up to $25 per shift.
