📢 CASTING CALL: Starbucks Refreshers Sampling Tour
TEAM LEAD ONLY
Karma Casting is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support a mobile Starbucks Refreshers sampling tour at Albertsons/Vons locations across multiple locations in SoCal This is a high‑energy outdoor sampling activation focused on driving product trial, guest engagement, and in‑store awareness.
⚠️ Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
Certificate must be submitted no later than one week prior to your scheduled event date.
🧃 TEAM LEAD ROLE OVERVIEW
The Team Lead will serve as the onsite operational captain for the activation, responsible for:
- Must be able to complete background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screening
- Onsite leadership and staff oversight
- Managing full setup and breakdown of the 10x10 tent, sampling podium, table, signage, and supplies
- Transporting activation materials to/from local storage units (transport time included in shift)
- Communicating with store management and client partners
- Overseeing product inventory, restocking, and weekly supply pickups
- Ensuring all brand, safety, and sampling standards are upheld throughout the day
This role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage a mobile activation independently.

Shift Length:
6.5 hours
(4 hours activation + 1.5 setup + 1 teardown)
Saturdays- 8:30 AM - 3 PM
Sundays- 8:30 AM - 3 PM
💵 PAY
$35/hr
W2 | Weekly direct deposit

Talent to provide:
- Black pants or black jeans (no rips)
- Comfortable, closed‑toe shoes
- Weather‑appropriate outerwear (activation is outdoors)
