⚽ CASTING CALL — World Cup Fan Experience | New York, NY (Oculus) 💰 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $40/hour • Brand Ambassador: $35/hour ⭐ July 4th will be paid at 1.5x (holiday rate) 📍 Location: Oculus — New York, NY 📅 Program Dates: July 4 – July 19, 2026 👥 Positions: • 1 Team Lead • 5 Brand Ambassadors 🌎 About the Program This activation is a family-friendly, immersive fan experience designed to celebrate soccer and engage fans of all ages in a high-traffic, high-visibility environment in NYC. We are looking for talent who are passionate about soccer, knowledgeable about the sport, and excited to bring that energy to life through guest interaction. ⚠️ Team Structure & Availability This program will consist of two separate teams. Team 1: • July 4 – July 7 • July 12 – July 15 Team 2: • July 8 – July 11 • July 16 – July 19 🚨 Important: • You must be available for ALL dates within your assigned team • The schedule is set and cannot be modified • Talent cannot work both teams 📍 Schedule Shifts will generally run: • Brand Ambassadors: ~8 hours/day • Team Lead: ~9 hours/day (Final timing will be confirmed closer to event and may vary slightly) 💼 What You’ll Do • Engage guests in a fun, high-energy, and welcoming manner • Support interactive soccer-themed activities and fan experiences • Assist with guest flow and overall activation operations • Work across multiple stations and responsibilities throughout the day • Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing footprint • Support a fast-paced, high-traffic environment 👤 Ideal Candidate • Passionate about soccer with strong knowledge of the sport • Outgoing, engaging, and comfortable interacting with families and kids • Flexible and team-oriented with a strong work ethic • Comfortable working in high-volume environments • Professional, reliable, and high-energy • Prior event, sports, or experiential marketing experience preferred 👥 Team Lead Requirements • Prior leadership experience managing event teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to oversee daily operations and support team performance 🔒 Requirements • Must be able to pass a background check (including sex offender registry screening) • Must attend one mandatory virtual training session: June 23 | 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST OR June 23 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST • Onsite training will take place on your first scheduled day (arrive early; timing TBD) 🚗 Expenses Parking will not be reimbursed.
