📢 CASTING CALL: Starbucks Refreshers Sampling Tour TEAM LEAD ONLY Karma Casting is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support a mobile Starbucks Refreshers sampling tour at Albertsons locations across multiple locations in Washington. This is a high‑energy outdoor sampling activation focused on driving product trial, guest engagement, and in‑store awareness. ⚠️ Food Handler’s Certificate is required. Certificate must be submitted no later than one week prior to your scheduled event date. 🧃 TEAM LEAD ROLE OVERVIEW The Team Lead will serve as the onsite operational captain for the activation, responsible for: - Must be able to complete background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screening - Onsite leadership and staff oversight - Managing full setup and breakdown of the 10x10 tent, sampling podium, table, signage, and supplies - Transporting activation materials to/from local storage units (transport time included in shift) - Communicating with store management and client partners - Overseeing product inventory, restocking, and weekly supply pickups - Ensuring all brand, safety, and sampling standards are upheld throughout the day This role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage a mobile activation independently. 📍 EVENT DETAILS Locations: Grocery stores across multiple markets (exact locations provided upon booking) Mount Vernon WA 98273 Thursday, 7/2 Lake Stevens WA 98358 Friday, 7/3 Bothell WA 98021 Saturday, 7/11 Kirkland WA 98034 Sunday, 7/12 Seattle WA 98118 Saturday, 7/18 Maple valley WA 98038 Sunday, 7/19 Milton WA 98354 Saturday, 7/25 Puyallup WA 98372 Sunday, 7/26 Olympia WA 98502 Saturday, 8/1 Shift Length: 6.5 hours (4 hours activation + 1.5 setup + 1 teardown) Thursday 7/2 12:30p-7p Friday 7/3 12:30p-7p Saturdays and Sundays- 8:30a-3p 💵 PAY $35/hr W2 | Weekly direct deposit 👕 UNIFORM Provided by client: - Branded t‑shirt - Branded apron (if applicable) Talent to provide: - Black pants or black jeans (no rips) - Comfortable, closed‑toe shoes - Weather‑appropriate outerwear (activation is outdoors) ✨ REQUIREMENTS ✔️ Food Handler’s Certificate (required) ✔️ Larger Vehicle for asset transport ✔️ Prior TL or leadership experience in events ✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills ✔️ Comfortable transporting event materials ✔️ Reliable, punctual, and professional ✔️ Comfortable working outdoors for full shift 👉 Interested?
