🚗 CASTING CALL — Heinz Verified Outreach Program | Pittsburgh, PA We are hiring a Team Lead + Brand Ambassador to run an exciting field outreach program visiting local restaurants in the Pittsburgh area to introduce and sign them up for the Heinz Verified Program. This is a multi-week activated route assignment — ideal for personable, confident talent who enjoy talking with business owners and driving results. 📍 Market: Greater Pittsburgh, PA 🗓 Duration: ~12.5 weeks of work | Dec 15 through late March 📅 In-Market: 4–5 days/week | 6-hour shifts daily Pay Rates Team Lead: $35/hr Brand Ambassador: $30/hr 🧩 Role Overview (TL) You and your partner BA will: - Visit local restaurants, share program details, and drive onsite Heinz Verified signups - Use a provided iPad to assist with registration - Warmly approach staff/owners, build rapport, answer questions - Complete kitting & prep shifts prior to launch - Assist with post-program wrap-up and organization Team Lead only: • Manages simple daily reporting + client communication • Acts as point of contact for updates, status, quick issues 📅 Program Schedule 12/15 — Virtual training (2 hrs) 12/16 — Kitting & prep (paid) 12/18 — Field outreach begins 4–5 in-field days weekly for ~12.5 weeks Adjusted schedule around holidays Final day includes admin wrap-up and kit return ✔ We’re Looking For Talent Who Are - Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching restaurants - Great communicators with charisma and strong follow-through - Organized, professional, proactive problem solvers - Able to manage an iPad registration workflow easily - Previous field marketing or sales outreach is a major plus Both TL + BA must use personal vehicle for restaurant stops (only on some days as most days you will drive to the first location and walk between restaurants each day) (Mileage/gas reimbursed via Ramp card when approved) 🧾 Logistics Uniform: Client shirt provided + clean, neat bottoms W2 weekly pay via Karma Casting 📲 Apply in the Trusted Herd or Karma Casting app Note in your profile whether you're applying as TL or BA and highlight any sales, field marketing, route work, or restaurant engagement experience.
