⚾ CASTING CALL: FORD x MLB POSTSEASON Karma Casting is building teams of Brand Ambassadors across potential MLB Postseason markets for an exciting Ford x MLB fan experience taking place outside select playoff games throughout the postseason! Because this program follows the MLB playoffs, dates and locations will depend on which teams advance and how each series plays out. We’re looking for flexible, reliable BAs who are interested in working multiple games and are comfortable being tentatively booked while the postseason schedule develops. 💰 Pay: $30/hour ⏰ Shifts: Approximately 6-7 hours 📅 Program Dates: Late September through October 2026 ⚾ Multiple-game availability strongly preferred 📍 POTENTIAL MARKETS We are currently building local BA teams in the following markets: New York, NY | Yankee Stadium Boston, MA | Fenway Park Tampa Bay, FL | Tropicana Field Chicago, IL | Wrigley Field Cleveland, OH | Progressive Field Houston, TX | Daikin Park Milwaukee, WI | American Family Field Atlanta, GA | Truist Park Philadelphia, PA | Citizens Bank Park Los Angeles, CA | Dodger Stadium San Diego, CA | Petco Park Arlington, TX | Globe Life Field Baltimore, MD | Oriole Park at Camden Yards Phoenix, AZ | Chase Field *Not every market listed will ultimately activate. Final locations will be determined by MLB Postseason results.* You do not need to be available for the entire postseason. We are looking for strong local teams in each market who can work multiple potential game dates. 🚙 THE ACTIVATION BAs will represent Ford at an MLB Postseason fan experience outside select playoff games. The Ford-branded pop-up will give fans an opportunity to interact with the brand through giveaways, a prize wheel, a World Series sweepstakes, and other fan engagement. 🙌 WHAT YOU’LL DO - Assist with setup and teardown of the activation - Proactively engage baseball fans outside the stadium - Drive traffic into the Ford experience - Encourage guests to participate in activation elements - Support the prize wheel and giveaway distribution - Communicate approved World Series sweepstakes messaging - Assist with guest flow during high-volume periods - Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy activation space ⭐ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We need experienced, outgoing, high-energy Brand Ambassadors who are comfortable approaching people and engaging large crowds in a fast-paced live sports environment. Flexibility is extremely important for this program. MLB Postseason schedules can change quickly based on game and series results. Some dates may be confirmed with limited notice, while others may be eliminated if a series ends early. We are specifically looking for BAs who: - Are comfortable with tentative bookings and schedule changes - Have availability for multiple potential games - Can be responsive as schedules are confirmed - Are dependable once officially booked - Are comfortable assisting with physical setup and teardown - Can maintain great energy around large crowds of baseball fans Preference will be given to BAs who can stay with the program for multiple games within their market. 👕 UNIFORM Provided: Ford-branded shirt and potentially a home-team baseball cap You provide: Black shorts or clean denim with no holes + clean black or white athletic shoes 📲 HOW TO APPLY Apply through the Karma Casting app or via Trusted Herd for your market and make sure your profile, availability, and current photos are up to date. This is a W2 position paid weekly through Ascen. *Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment.
