🎉 Project Overview
Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting LEGO Target Activation taking place at Target stores across California.
This family-focused activation is designed to introduce shoppers to LEGO through a fun, interactive building experience. Brand Ambassadors will welcome guests into the footprint, facilitate hands-on play, encourage product interaction, and create an engaging experience for children and families.
Each location will have two (2) Brand Ambassadors working together to create an engaging and memorable experience for Target guests.
💵 PAY RATE
Brand Ambassador: $30/hour
One Brand Ambassador at each location will be selected as the Asset Lead and will receive an additional two (2) paid hours for receiving the activation kit prior to the event, charging all electronic components, verifying kit contents, and returning all client assets following the activation.

🕒 SHIFT
11:00 AM – 4:30 PM

✨ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome guests into the LEGO experience
• Facilitate hands-on LEGO building activities
• Encourage families and children to participate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activation footprint
• Assist with setup and breakdown
• Complete required reporting and event photos
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the LEGO brand
Asset Lead Additional Responsibilities (One BA per Location):
• Receive the activation kit prior to the event
• Charge all electronic components before event day
• Verify all kit contents upon arrival
• Safeguard all client assets throughout the activation
• Repackage all materials using the original packaging
• Return the activation kit using the provided UPS shipping label
• Submit all required proof of shipment, including photos and UPS tracking information

👕 UNIFORM

🚗 TRANSPORTATION
A vehicle is NOT required for either Brand Ambassador position.
The activation kit will be shipped directly to the selected Asset Lead prior to the event. Driving is not required as part of either role.
📚 TRAINING
A required one-hour virtual training will be held prior to the activation. Date and time will be communicated once finalized.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a highly interactive, family-focused activation.
Staff should be comfortable engaging children and families throughout the event.
One Brand Ambassador per location will be responsible for receiving, managing, and returning the client-provided activation kit and will receive an additional two (2) paid hours for these responsibilities.
This position does not involve direct care, supervision, or one-on-one interaction with vulnerable populations.
Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months.
Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment. All screenings are conducted in compliance with state and local fair chance laws in partnership with Ascen.
Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
