CASTING CALL: ARMY ACTIVATION AT CIAA 🇺🇸 BALTIMORE, MD Karma Casting is seeking a strong, professional event team to represent the U.S. Army at CIAA in Baltimore. This activation will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center and will focus on guest engagement, iPad check-ins, driving traffic to the footprint, and supporting giveaways. The ideal is Brand Ambassador is fun, outgoing, energetic and “near peers” with the looking age of 18-29 years old, fit and no visible tattoos or facial piercings and clean cut. This is a high visibility event and we are looking for confident, reliable talent who present themselves professionally, communicate clearly, and enjoy engaging with attendees in a fast paced environment. Prior brand or event experience is strongly preferred. ROLES AVAILABLE 1 Team Lead 5 Brand Ambassadors 1 Backup PAY Team Lead: $32/hr Brand Ambassador & BU: $28/hr All hours paid as scheduled EVENT LOCATION Baltimore Convention Center 1 W Pratt St Baltimore, MD 21201 EVENT SCHEDULE THURSDAY | FEBRUARY 26, 2026 Training Day (All Roles) 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Timing subject to change FRIDAY | FEBRUARY 27, 2026 Team Lead: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Brand Ambassadors: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Backup: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (unless activated) SATURDAY | FEBRUARY 28, 2026 Team Lead: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Brand Ambassadors: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Backup: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (unless activated) ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - Team Leads will oversee the Brand Ambassador team, support overall execution, assist with logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact onsite. - Brand Ambassadors will support iPad check-ins, engage attendees, help drive traffic, assist with giveaways, and support booth organization, cleanliness, and breakdown. - Backup talent must be available and ready to step in as needed. UNIFORM AND APPEARANCE Army polos will be provided by the client. Talent must wear black pants and black shoes. All staff are expected to maintain a clean, professional, event-ready appearance in alignment with client guidelines. PARKING AND EXPENSES Parking will be reimbursed if no free parking options are available. All parking must be pre-approved by the client. Budgeting is estimated at $25 per shift. TRAINING Training will take place onsite on February 26 and is paid. Final timing will be confirmed closer to the event.
