⚾ CASTING CALL – MAJOR SPORTING LEAGUE FAN EXPERIENCE @ BRISTOL SPEEDWAY ⚾ Location: Bristol Motor Speedway – 151 Speedway Blvd, Bristol, TN 37620 Date: 🟡 Training: Friday, August 1, 2025 (3 hours, Time TBD) 🔵 Event Day: Saturday, August 2, 2025 🟢 Pay Rates: • Team Lead: $37/hour • Brand Ambassador: $31/hour ABOUT THE ACTIVATION: We’re staffing a high-energy team to support a fan experience zone at one of the year’s biggest major sporting league events! Taking place at Bristol Speedway, this activation brings fans face-to-face with interactive elements, premium giveaways, and unforgettable moments. We're looking for outgoing, professional talent (ages 21–31 preferred) who are comfortable in fast-paced environments and passionate about live sports and entertainment. 📅 SCHEDULE & SHIFT DETAILS: AUGUST 1 (Training – 3 hours): • 1 Team Lead • 9 Brand Ambassadors • Time TBD AUGUST 2 (Event Day – 14-hour shift): • 1 Team Lead: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM • 9 Brand Ambassadors: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 👥 ROLE BREAKDOWN & RESPONSIBILITIES: TEAM LEAD (x1): • Oversee team and activation flow • Manage staff check-ins, breaks, and real-time troubleshooting • Support all activation zones and ensure smooth operations BRAND AMBASSADORS (x9): • Greet and engage guests across multiple interactive stations • Run activity zones including games, photo ops, fan experiences, and prize displays • Assist with setup, maintenance, and teardown of activation space • Rotate as a floater to support teammates and maintain a high-energy footprint 🚗 TRANSPORTATION: All staff must provide their own transportation.
