🌟 CASTING CALL – LoveSac Premium Roadshow / Costco Activation 🌟 📍 Location Brookfield, CT – Costco #304 | 200 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804 ✈️ Project Overview LoveSac is bringing its premium modular furniture and signature comfort experience to Costco for an exclusive 10-day roadshow. We’re hiring top-tier Brand Ambassadors who know how to sell and can confidently guide customers through a high-value purchase. This is a high-touch, high-conversion role. You’ll be engaging a steady stream of shoppers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales on premium items. We are specifically looking for closers who are comfortable asking for the sale, handling objections, and driving multi-unit purchases. If you’ve worked luxury retail, high-end demos, or commission-based roles — this is your lane. 💵 Pay Rate Brand Ambassadors (2–3 per roadshow): $28/hour 📅 Dates Setup (day before): Thursday, April 23rd: 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+ optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Roadshow: Friday, April 24th – Sunday, May 3rd (10 consecutive days) 🕒 Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm) Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs) Show Days: Fri–Fri (10 consecutive days): Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs) Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs) Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs) Sun: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs) Final Teardown: Sun 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs) Store hours may vary slightly by location; final schedule confirmed before each show. Note: Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Drive Sales: Lead customers through the full purchase journey and confidently close high-value sales Product Demonstration: Showcase comfort, modular configurations, and customization options Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and position the right product solutions Customer Experience: Deliver a polished, high-end experience aligned with LoveSac’s brand Overcome Objections: Handle pricing conversations and guide customers toward purchase decisions Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and premium display at all times Operations Support: Assist with setup, inventory organization, and light teardown 👤 Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in sales, demos, or high-ticket retail • Confident closer who is comfortable asking for the sale • Strong communication and people skills • Polished, professional, and brand-aligned • Comfortable standing and engaging for full shifts • Experience with furniture, home goods, or premium products is a strong plus 👕 Uniform Provided: LoveSac apparel (if available) You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes 🚗 Other Details Personal transportation required Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador ✅ How to Apply Karma Casting is a W2 employer.
