🌟 CASTING CALL - Target Beauty x eos Body Mists Brand Ambassador 🌟 📍 Location Various North Carolina Target Locations listed below and in the Karma Casting App 💄 Project Overview Karma Casting is seeking experienced beauty professionals to support an upcoming Target Beauty x eos Body Mists activation. This priority special event is designed to introduce consumers to eos Body Mists through one-on-one guest engagement, fragrance trial, and a fun in-store beauty experience. Brand Ambassadors will proactively approach guests in the beauty department, invite them to try eos Body Mists, and spray 1-2 spritzes of the guest’s preferred scent onto a scent strip. We are looking for beauty experts who are confident speaking with consumers about fragrance, body care, and beauty products while creating a welcoming and engaging Target Beauty experience. 💵 Pay Rate Brand Ambassador: $27/hour 📅 Program Window July 12, 2026 ⏰ Activation Time 11:30 AM - 4:15 PM Please note that each location has a specific activation date listed below. ✨ Responsibilities • Invite guests to try eos Body Mists • Spray 1-2 spritzes of the guest’s preferred scent onto a scent strip • Introduce consumers to eos Body Mists in a friendly and engaging way • Deliver key talking points and product information as provided • Create a welcoming and approachable Target Beauty experience • Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout the activation • Accurately complete any required program reporting 🌟 Ideal Candidate • Beauty advisor, beauty consultant, fragrance specialist, skincare specialist, makeup artist, retail demo specialist, or similar beauty-focused experience preferred • Passionate about beauty, fragrance, body care, and guest engagement • Comfortable approaching and engaging guests proactively • Strong communication and customer service skills • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently 👕 Uniform Talent to wear: Solid black top Black pants Closed-toe black shoes 📍 North Carolina Locations ***Sunday, July 12, 2026*** SuperTarget 002132 - Charlotte 12830 Walker Branch Dr, Charlotte, NC Target 000762 - Charlotte 9531 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC Target 001087 - Charlotte 7860 Rea Rd, Charlotte, NC 📚 Training All required program materials, talking points, and event instructions will be provided prior to the activation. ⚠️ Important Notes - Beauty experience is strongly preferred and may be required for consideration. - This is a customer-facing fragrance demo and guest engagement role. - Staff should be comfortable standing for the duration of the activation and engaging with a high volume of guests. - This position does not involve direct care, supervision, or one-on-one interaction with vulnerable populations. Please note that between May and August, any staff member who bails from a confirmed shift without documented proof of a legitimate emergency will receive no gigs from the Karma Casting App for a minimum of six (6) months. Certain positions may require a background screening after a conditional offer of employment. All screenings are conducted in compliance with state and local fair chance laws in partnership with Ascen. Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
